Terms & Conditions

Any usage of the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Kingdom Expo LLC. The term “Site” refers to thekingdomexpo.com. The terms “the client“ ‘you,” “his,” “her,” “she,” “he” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, and any other users of the site.

 

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

  • The Kingdom Expo LLC will email the client(s) to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning product delivery (please check your spam folder, junk folder, or promotional folder for possibilities that the client’s email was received there). In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is the client’s responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.

  • Within 7-10 days after a client(s) purchase, a representative of The Kingdom Expo LLC, will reach out to such client(s) about further information and details for any service(s) that requires it, if necessary.

    • If the client has not been communicated with, that is through email, phone, or any other form of communication, within 7-10 days after the client’(s) purchase, then he/she can request a refund, if desired. 

 

ATTENDANCE POLICY: 

Voice, Songwriting, Engineering, Vocals for Hire, and Custom Production Services

  • If you (the client), are late and/or absent within the first 3 minutes of any of our sessions, with no prior communication about tardiness/absence, you will NOT receive a refund for the session (under NO circumstances). 

  • If you (the client), have communicated that you will be late, and if 7 minutes pass, and you still have not arrived for the session, you (the client), will NOT receive a refund for the session (under NO circumstances).

  • It is imperative that both the client and the instructor maintain a professional and respectful relationship, and understand that each individual's time is valuable. 

  • A scheduled session must be canceled at least 3 days before the scheduled time, to receive a full refund. If the session has been canceled by the client after the 3 day period, the client will not receive a refund. 

  • In the event that the coach has to cancel the session, at any time, the client can choose to receive a refund or allow the payment received for the canceled session to be rolled over for a rescheduled session.

 

Commercial Use/Rights:

  • Any material (that of, any original given song(s) that the client chooses to work on) discussed in sessions, courses, plans, and/or memberships, with The Kingdom Expo LLC, whether it be an instructor/coach/or other individual affiliated with The Kingdom Expo LLC, giving input, on the following: harmonic ideas, melodic ideas, vocal ideas, production ideas, engineering ideas, and/or writing, and all other ideas to create and release an original song/work, the client will have the full commercial rights in his/her possession.

 

Engineering & Custom Production Services:

Revision(s) for All Engineering & Production Services

  • x3 free revisions per requested song (included in the client’s purchase)

    • (whether it be services needed for mixing & mastering; or custom music production work; or any combination of both); (this applies to all plans, memberships, and single services offered by The Kingdom Expo LLC)

  • $50; for every additional revision after the first 3 free and included revisions listed above

Turnover rate for All Engineering & Production Services

  • Client(s) can expect to receive their requested and purchased services for custom music productions and/or engineering services, to be completed within 7-10 days after a completed payment has been made, and the client and the respective employee of The Kingdom Expo LLC, (if booked, emailed, and/or extra communication is necessary for such services), about the purchased services has been communicated. 

  • After the first 7-10 days of the client receiving an update and/or progress on their requested work, has been sent, the client can request a revision(s), if desired. The client’s requested revisions will be completed after the time frame of the initial update on the work from The Kingdom Expo LLC.

  • If the client purchases any service(s), and communicates that he/she has a “ready attitude/approach,” and desires to have their purchased services completed by a requested deadline, for any reasons such as: publishing, distribution, live or studio, or executive performances, or any other reasons not mentioned, an expedited fee may apply, and The Kingdom Expo LLC is subject to decline or approve of any timelines as such.

 

Vocals for Hire Services:

  • x1 revision for the following packages: Chorus (only) and Chorus + BGV (background vocals) + adlibs.

  • x2 revisions for the following package: Entire Song

  • Additional revisions can be requested:

    • Chorus (only): $20 per revision 

    • Chorus + BGV (background vocals) + adlibs: $40 per revision

    • Entire Song: $60 per revision

  • Mixing and mastering services, as well as extra recording time can be requested, for Vocals for Hire services.

    • Extra recording time from the vocalist:​

      • each additional 30 seconds of recording time:​

        • Chorus (only): $20 per 30 seconds

        • Chorus + BGV (background vocals) + adlibs: $40 per 30 seconds

        • Entire Song: $60 per 30 seconds

  • Rights
    - You, the client, will keep full commercial use of songs, regardless if the vocalist being requested of such services, ONLY has a consultation with the client, and/or both parties decide that collaboration is a reasonable and a well suited fit, to proceed forward.

  • At any point in time of communication, whether via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, consultation, email, or chat, the vocalist being asked to possibly perform such services, reserves the right to accept or decline for ANY reason, including but not limited to: personal reasons, beliefs, etc.

  • Refund
    - The consultation fee for 'Vocals for Hire' is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Materials for Inquiry
    - You, the client, agree to send all requested & required materials needed to complete the song, and also to have the consultation. This will provide the vocalist with all that he/she needs to best understand your vision, and possibly, proceed forward.

  • You agree to maintain communication with the vocalist, in both a timely & respectful manner, for your requested work. 

  • IMPORTANT NOTE:
    -If both the client and the vocalist, agree to proceed with collaboration, whereas the vocalist will be performing any requested section of the song, part, lyrics, notes, expressions, dynamics, and/or the entire song, etc, the client will receive a custom invoice for their inquiry via email, to pay, after the consultation, in which such requested services from the vocalist affiliated with The Kingdom Expo LLC, can be performed. 

    • Amount on invoice must be paid in full for the vocalist to begin work. ​

 

Artist Brand Assistance, Website Building, Brand Consultations (revisions and/or discussions), Social Media Content & Ideas:

  • Any brand assistance services performed by The Kingdom Expo LLC, can be used and published, fully, by the Artist and/or Client.

  • Any additional revisions/discussions/consultations carried out within this service, are within The Kingdom Expo LLC discretion.

    • The client may be subject to additional fees if additional services in this plan are requested.​

      • Fee for extra revisions: $15 per revision

      • Fee for extra pages: $25 per page

 

Cancellations & Refunds for All Services

  • In the event that a client wants to cancel any plan, membership, or single service, and desires or demands a refund, The Kingdom Expo LLC, and any individuals affiliated with the business, reserves the right to give a full, partial, or no refund, based upon the client’s reasoning, and all other factors and circumstances considered. 

  • This includes, but is not limited to: an emergency situation in the client’s life, the client is unhappy with services being offered during the process of an individual working for The Kingdom Expo LLC, completing services on the client’s desired project(s), the client decides that he/she no longer desires to commit to the desired and purchased services, the client purchased sessions for another individual, and that individual does not want to communicate, nor take further action in working with The Kingdom Expo LLC, to complete or further, the purchased services, whether it be a plan, course, product, membership, or a single service.

 

NO REFUNDS ON ALL DIGITAL PRODUCT(S).

 

The Creative Closet x Kingdom Series

NO REFUNDS will be issued by The Kingdom Expo LLC, 7 days before the course begins.

 

ALL services, products, courses, lessons, and all other options offered by The Kingdom Expo LLC, are non-transferable to any other product or service. 

 

ALL REGISTRATION IS FINAL. 

 

FAITH PURPOSES:

  • With the purchasing of any service(s) that are offered by and/or through The Kingdom Expo LLC, the client(s) understand that the business and business parties and persons affiliated with The Kingdom Expo LLC, are Christians, and adhere to everything written in The Holy Bible, and will reference, use, study, and mention, all of the time, any Word communicated in The Holy Bible, and through prayer and fasting, listening consistently, from Jesus Christ. 

  • No secular music, acts, nor anything that pertains to anything other than the acknowledgement of Jesus Christ, and praises and worship services, songs, lyrics, ideas, music, study time together, but not limited to these, will be practiced in sessions, whether privately or in group settings, in The Kingdom Expo LLC, except to discuss and research such artists, producers, songwriters, and other persons and organizations, that may or may not be fruitful, that is, good for, The Spirit. 

 

LAWFUL PURPOSES

  • No duplication, copying, nor sharing of any material, (such as, live video sessions, courses, private sessions, breakout room sessions, digital file and products, such as ebooks, guidebooks, audio files, beat and/or sound packs, recorded content, both video and audio, and giving other individuals access to the network/community groups, that have not signed up for services), as it pertains to The Kingdom Expo LLC, unless granted consent and permission to do so; such acts are prohibited, and if an individual(s), is found doing so, the individual(s) services will be terminated, and if necessary, further legal action will be pursued. 

  • The Kingdom Expo LLC, and any individual affiliated with the business, reserves the right to remove any individual, and cancel the offering of services to a person, or multiple persons, and pursue further legal action, if necessary, for any reasons, but not limited to: unprofessionalism, lack of attendance, showing signs of lack of commitment, acts of disrespect, piracy, discord, bullying, negligence, falsifying and spreading misinformation, and dishonesty, any acts that violates or infringes the rights of others, or which is threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, or otherwise objectionable, contains injurious formulas, recipes, or instructions, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, whether in the business network or community, and/or in private sessions with any of the coaches, partners, employees, and all other parties associated and affiliated with The Kingdom Expo LLC.

  • The client may use the site and service for lawful purposes only. You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the Site. 

  • If an individual and/or individuals, communicate with any owner, party, coach, facilitator, or any other person affiliated with the Kingdom Expo LLC, about any events where the individual or a different individual, has been abused, neglected, harmed, placed in danger, threatened, bullied, mistreated, scammed, or acts of negligence occurred whether physically or verbally, in anyway, whether outside of The Kingdom Expo LLC business hours and place of business (both physically and virtually), or during business hours, and in the physical and/or virtual setting of The Kingdom Expo LLC, the person(s) aforementioned of the alleged acts of misconduct mentioned above, but not limited to those acts, will be questioned further, by the respective owners, managers, supervisors, or any other person, and with much consideration, the aforementioned person(s) whom were stated to complete such misconduct, if found guilty, will be subject to possible removal, termination, demotion, or absence of leave, of any affiliation with The Kingdom Expo LLC. 

  • If the person(s) aforementioned who were stated to have completed such misconduct, are found innocent, then further questioning and possible conversations between all parties involved in the aforementioned circumstances, will be completed and required. 

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & RIGHTS

  • The Kingdom Expo LLC claims no intellectual property rights over the material the client supplies. The client retains copyright and any other rights he/she may rightfully hold in any content that he/she submits through the Site or Service. Content that the client submits to The Kingdom Expo LLC remains his/hers to the extent that he/she has any legal claims therein. The client agrees to hold The Kingdom Expo LLC harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of any potential or actual copyright or trademark misappropriation or infringement claimed against the client(s). By posting material on the Site, the client grants us a worldwide, nonexclusive, irrevocable license to use the material for promotional, business development, and marketing purposes.

 

UPDATES & CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The Kingdom Expo LLC reserves the right to update and change any terms and conditions, and will notify the client upon doing so.

 

THIRD PARTY

  • Any services offered by The Kingdom Expo LLC, may contain links to third party websites and resources. The client understands and agree that The Kingdom Expo LLC are not responsible or liable for the availability, accuracy, content, or policies of third party websites or resources. Links to such websites or resources do not imply any endorsement by or affiliation with The Kingdom Expo LLC. The client therefore, acknowledges sole responsibility for and assumes all risk arising from his/her use of any such websites or resources.

 

AGE:

To access or use the Site, you must be 18 years of age or older and have the requisite power and authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions. Children under the age of 18 are prohibited from using the Site. Parents of children under the age of 18, can sign their children up, and purchase services on behalf of their child(ren), if desired to do so.
 

INDEMNIFICATION

The client agrees to indemnify and hold The Kingdom Expo LLC, our affiliates, and our respective directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, liabilities, losses, fines, penalties, judgments, awards, settlements, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or resulting in whole or in part from your violation of these Terms of Use or the Site Specific Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of the rights of another person or entity.

 

Limitation of Liability 

YOU AGREE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICE. ADDITIONALLY, The Kingdom Expo LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH (I) ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, DENIAL OF SERVICE, ATTACK, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, OR LINE OR SYSTEM FAILURE; (II) LOSS OF REVENUE, ANTICIPATED PROFITS, BUSINESS, SAVINGS, GOODWILL OR DATA; AND (III) THIRD PARTY THEFT OF, DESTRUCTION OF, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF YOUR INFORMATION OR PROPERTY, REGARDLESS OF OUR NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, FAILURE OF AN ESSENTIAL PURPOSE AND WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES IN NEGLIGENCE, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LEGAL LIABILITY. THE FOREGOING APPLIES EVEN IF The Kingdom Expo LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF OR COULD HAVE FORESEEN THE DAMAGES. IN THOSE STATES THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR THE DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST POSSIBLE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT SHALL The Kingdom Expo LLC CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SERVICE YOU HAVE PURCHASED FROM The Kingdom Expo LLC, AND IF NO PURCHASE HAS BEEN MADE BY YOU The Kingdom Expo LLC, CUMULATIVE 
LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED $125.

BY PURCHASING ANY SERVICES, PRODUCTS, COURSES, LESSONS, PLANS, MEMBERSHIPS, AND ALL OTHER AFFILIATED OPTIONS WITH THE KINGDOM EXPO LLC, YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
